Street Dog Sanctuary is a non profit NGO designed at saving street dogs in Palawan, Philippines.
Founders Rob and Jacq (authors of The Letters of Gratitude) landed on the shores of Port Barton and quickly recognising the extreme conditions of the street dogs moved towards making positive change.
Since the pandemic they have utilised their own resources and their supporters to open their first sanctuary in the beginning of 2021.
They have implemented an emergency street feeding program that feeds upwards of 200+ dogs a day giving them a chance at survival.
They initiate free spaying and neutering for the community and constantly work with injured, neglected and abandoned dogs.
In 2021 they are looking to open 2 additional sanctuaries in the quest to help more dogs and push positive change in one of the hardest hit countries in the world through love and kindness.
Any animal lover surely must look at following this journey and becoming a part of this epic adventure.
