Professeur de yoga certifiée depuis 2016, je suis aujourd'hui formée à différents types de Yoga. Mon parcours personnel m'a amenée à me reconnecter à mon corps et à l'accompagner au mieux pour ne plus qu'il me limite ou me fasse souffrir. Le Yoga est là pour soutenir mon corps et mon esprit afin de mieux vivre et j'enseigne aujourd'hui comme je pratique.
Mes cours sont inspirés de mon expérience personnelle, de mes dizaines d'années de pratique et des nombreuses formations que je fais continuellement: Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga De Gasquet, formation FRC et Kinstretch entre autres.
