CCHCI is a Federally Qualified Health Center that is driven by a mission to provide essential healthcare services to everyone. This unique healthcare center was established in 1996 through the collective efforts of the local community of McNeil AZ. Initially, it operated as a makeshift clinic in a small community center. However, over time, CCHCI has experienced significant growth and has become the largest primary care organization in southeastern Arizona.
