The Boogie Woogie is characterized by fast footwork and lack of choreography. It is danced to the hot rhythms of the 1940s and 1950s.
Lindy Hop and Bugg are the other two dances contested under the rules and auspices of the WRRC - the World Rock 'n' Roll Confederation.
