Juno UK about Cutout
By keeping his identity a mystery, Cutout adds to the growing number of anonymous techno producers coming from or based in Germany. Despite this, he succeeds in making his mark by delivering two interpretations of 90s techno that unlike his anonymous peers, do not veer from the original approach.
