The Celine Remix Project
With a masterful singer at the helm of an extensive catalog of classic songs, it's easy to see why DJs are drawn to the music of Celine Dion. My vision is to create a hub for the best of Celine's remixes - in all genres - from club to orchestral.
Celine is still very much a relevant global artist creating compelling original work, but I love the idea of dipping into a veteran artist's catalog, giving it a refresh, and making it new again for longtime fans, while introducing it to a whole new generation.
In my eyes, the remix is not an attempt to make the the original recording better, but a testament to the excellence of the original recording. It provides an inspirational template for a singer, producer, DJ to create and innovate. This channel's intention is to honor the artistry of Celine and all of the musicians that have worked with her throughout the years, along with the musicians who are inspired by Celine's work and aspire to honor it with their own reinterpretations.
