Growing up in New York as a fat, unpopular, gay kid, I felt invisible due to my self-imposed negative body image. I knew I had to make a change, and that change was fitness. This experience has given me the empathy to help others with their goals to become the best version of themselves - all while having FUN. Because if it's FUN, you'll #doit again!
