Brought up in the blues, drunk on funk, and indoctrinated in improvisation, you never know what you will get when Slim picks up a guitar, bass, or starts thumping on the foot drum. Funky-blues, delta-disco, flamenco-soul? There aren't labels when the universe unfolds, and there's no use in labeling SweetPotato Slim's music as anything other than Organic Jams......
