第4世代アジア系アメリカ人、琉球(沖縄)と日本のルーツ
Haisai! I'm a fourth-generation Asian American with roots from Ryūkyū (Okinawa) and Japan.
My interest in cultural heritage and identity was strengthened through volunteer work with the Okinawa Association of America (OAA), the Go For Broke National Education Center (GFBNEC), and Visual Communications (VC) in Southern California.
As a freelance video editor, I've worked with the aforementioned non-profit organizations as well as the Asian American Drug Abuse Program (AADAP), Japanese Institute of Sawtelle (JIS), National Black Midwives Alliance (NBMA), and Agape International Spiritual Center. Other collaborators and clients that I've had the pleasure of working with include independent bands/musicians, poets, illustrators, and local actors.
