Founded by Nick Curly & Gorge in 2005 as a home to their own style of music, 8bit Records went on to become a platform for young artists and a pillar of the Electronic Music Scene. Ten years later, the labels philosophy remains as simple as it is demanding: Focus on original timeless tracks made for dj's and the club. That's why most EP's are still pressed on vinyl and featured throughout major underground music platforms.
The label catalogue has crossed number 100 and with constant inhouse releases as well as artist contributions from acclaimed producers like Joris Voorn, Steve Lawler, Oxia, Santé, Sidney Charles, Paul C. & Paolo Martini, Johnny D, Tania Vulcano and many many more, 8bit keeps on adding to the scene.
