I needed a collection of exercise videos that were short on time, high in quality, accurate in form and comprehensive in description...and I couldn't find a good source...so I decided to make my own.

This collection will continue to grow as I add new variations and/or create new hybrid exercises.

Feel free to make suggestions/requests and offer constructive criticism. If you think I have screwed up one of the videos, you would be doing me a favor by calling me on it.
