After a stint of twenty-five years as an HR Leader with multiple corporate, I have turned to career coaching! As pandemics stuck in the world, many of us encountered hardships in our careers and life!

I felt the despondency of a desperate job seeker and professionals bearing a disgruntled career! My purpose is to transpire my learnings from experience and teaching of my mentors to those career aspirants who aim to succeed in their winning career goals (only if someone puts heart & soul into it!)

I come from an educationist family in Kolkata, where I had completed my higher studies in Management & Law. I too had tough times in many stages of life, challenged with money, health, and unexpected swings in my career, like many of you.

I took up the mission to offer affordable education (as nothing comes free in life!) in the digital sphere that is easy to learn and implement! I offer Career Acceleration Courses and lead WinCareer Community of ardent careerists that offer live sessions!
