Having suffered immensely and battling chronic disease most of my life, I began this channel as a health resource with the desire to empower others in their own healing journey and to share the tools and tips I discovered along my own path to wellness with anyone out there looking for alternative options. My success in healing myself fully from 4 chronic diseases and reaching a level of pain-free health I never knew was possible has fueled my continued passion for health and healing. This all led me to pursue a career in health as a certified Naturopath specializing in food science, ayurveda, internal chemistry/ pH re-balancing and the healing from chronic and degenerative disease. This channel is a wild compilation of my darkest moments, most embarassingly awkward first videos, toughest lessons learned, craziest extreme experiments and most of all an outlet for sharing and connecting with you!
