The Sampson Community Theatre

Originally opened in 1939 as the Clinton Theater, it was renamed Austin Theater in September 1950. It was last known as the Cinema Theater before it closed in 1982 and was acquired by the City of Clinton. We are now The Sampson Community Theater and we are home to live theatrical productions and other live events in and around Sampson County.
