Hi! I first found the ketogenic diet in 2013 when I was researching weight loss and alternate ways of eating for the millionth time. I found that “keto” was much like the Adkins diet that I had tried over a decade prior to hearing about this way of eating. I lost 40 lbs with low carb so I was willing to try it. Fast forward to 2015 after I had my daughter, my weight was over 250 lbs and I had a powerful enlightened moment. I was going to lose the weight, so I did. I started to post my “journey” on this channel to FORCE myself to commit & I needed the accountability.
