After trying several times to loose weight and reach a goal, GET ABS!, finally those dreams have come through. Let me share with you what I've learned so far. I'll be talking about Intermittent Fasting - Weight Lifting - Dieting, Loosing Weight, Exercise and pretty much everything involve in my own success and failures.
I've always been up and down up and down, in 2008 (gamajeal.blogspot.ca/2008_05_04_archive.html) I tried to loose weight and succeed but again "average" & I gained the weight back, 'till Jan 2017 I said enough is enough. NEVER TO LATE, AS LONG AS YOU GET THERE, DO NOT GIVE UP!
