You may see some of my older videos still floating around here! Those tell the story of regaining my health after being diagnosed with Celiac disease back in 2023. This was after many years of health issues. I talk about going gluten free, but also eating low-carb and working out. I wouldn’t be able to be doing what I do now without having gone through all of that. I’ve kept some of those videos up since they could potentially help someone. ❤️
