Hi, I'm Bronwyn. I'm a mom, group fitness instructor, former personal trainer, full time business development professional, and determined to make exercise fun and doable for people of all fitness levels!
My goal is not only to get you moving, but to help you enjoy the time spent working your way to improved health. I teach classic step workouts (often thought of as a 1980's craze) through creative routines taught in an easy to follow way. Anyone can participate, whether with or without the use of a step!
