The "Harmonica-Quartett Austria" is the one and only professionally performing harmonicaquartett in Austria.
Members:
Gerald Seyr (chromatic harmonica),
Johann Ortner (chromatic and diatonic harmonica),
Brigitte Laska (bassharmonica),
Thomas Stockhammer (chordharmonica, harmonetta)
Their large repertoire consists of music for the young and the old, from classical masterpieces (Johann Strauss, G. Rossini, W.A. Mozart, etc.) International folkloristic music, "Alpin" Austrian folkmusic to Dixieland, Movie-tracks, Country and Western-music.
The "Harmonica-Quartett Austria" can be booked for special shows from 30 to 60 minutes length at different arrangements (ball, congress, galanight, dinnerconcert) or as frameprogramm at political or economical events.
As a highlight the group can offer two hours concertevenings with classical music up to modern pieces.
