Wargames Tonight

Wargames Tonight focuses on the human storytelling elements of historical miniature wargames. We see our generals as characters and our scenarios as plots. We love it when our games create a good story. In our opinion this is what makes historical wargaming fun.

We also like to run experiments with game mechanics in a quest to replace some of the die rolling with fog of war uncertainty. The choices the characters make is what drives a good story. Shouldn't this be true in our games as well? Pregame planning, hidden troops, and creative victory conditions that add personal ambition, jealousy, and other human failings are just as important to us as representing the theoretical technical capabilities of our armies.

Finally we seek to answer the question: What would the world be like if EVERYONE loved historical miniature wargaming as much as we do?
