yeahwhatever2007

Vancouver, British Columbia's "Yeah Whatever" offers a relief to Rock Genre of 2010. Established in 2003 with old school riffs with new school vocals and thought full lyrics. Original and different than anything you have heard before. The film industry took notice and gave the boys a platform to promote themselves. Their first break was with the song "Play God". In 2006 Director; Penelope Buitenhuis of a movie of the week called Past Tense heard the song and placed it in the movie. Shortly after A.T.V. Productions loved the music from Yeah Whatever's debut album "Dispensing Disaster" so much, they used almost every song on the album for promotional purposes, and in every episode of Canadian Rally Championship Series. 2007 Marks the release of Blood Brother's Reign of Terror with "No Hero". Not to long after that Yeah Whatever is asked to make a cameo appearance in the Pilot episode of Lifetime Networks "Blood Ties" Television series. The band and song "It's Over Now" are featured for 7 minutes rocking out in a club. Two other songs made it into the series. From that appearance spawned another appearance in Director P.J. Pesce's Lost Boy's the Tribe in 2008. The cameo was cut short to blurs in the background but 3 songs made it into the movie, 1 for the alternative endings, and "Summertime" off of Yeah Whatever's 2nd album "Hell is Full" made it onto the Warner Musics "Lost Boys the Tribe" Soundtrack. Next on the list is Director Ben Ketai's sequal to" 30 Days of Night", entitled" 30 Days of Night Dark Days" This time around it's our clothing line being featured. One of the lead Vampires wears a Yeah Whatever T-Shirt throughout the movie. Radio Interviews, magazine interviews followed from around the world, Canada, The United States and The United Kingdom took notice. Thousands of fans messages answered. 147,000 songs spun, downloads flying off iTunes, hard copies sold out until we produce more. The fans want us and we want to get to all of them. We are currently in the process of surrounding ourselves with a good team that can make this happen. This band can and will Rival Metallica and Nickleback.
