Do I Have Prediabetes

This PSA campaign aims to raise awareness of prediabetes, a condition affecting more than 1 in 3 American adults. Without making lifestyle changes prediabetes may lead to type 2 diabetes — a serious health condition that can lead to heart attack or stroke. Of people with prediabetes, 81 percent don’t know they have it. The good news is by making lifestyle changes like managing weight, eating healthier, and increased physical activity, prediabetes can often be reversed. To help those with prediabetes know where they stand and prevent or delay type 2 diabetes, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has partnered with the Ad Council to launch this national PSA campaign about prediabetes. Visit DoIHavePrediabetes.org and take the 1-minute prediabetes risk test now to know where you stand.
