As a new mom and cancer survivor of 10 years, I went vegan in 2016. I lost 80 pounds and dramatically improved my health! I no longer deal with chronic pain or fatigue, and my asthma and endometriosis symptoms have improved significantly! I started my channel to share my experience eating a mostly whole food plant-based diet, changing my lifestyle, and losing weight. I share simple recipes, batch cooking, ‘What I Eat in a Days', and healthy lifestyle tips.
I am a compassionate plant-based coach who helps clients with mindset, eating more whole foods, and creating healthy habits and routines that work for each individual. I am a certified Healthy Eating & Weight Loss coach, and have completed the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate program through eCornell and the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. I am also a certified group fitness and yoga instructor.
