My career started as a finance professional in Toronto's busy financial district and took an unexpected turn in 2013. I was caught in a life changing ski accident in Whistler, British Columbia and challenged with recovering from a traumatic brain injury (TBI).
Fast forward 5 years later, this experience ignited my passion to coach and help others through yoga, breathing techniques, strength and conditioning training and mindfulness around nutrition to heal the body and mind.
