Green Småtroll is ska, ska jazz, early reggae and rocksteady band from Prague, Czech Republic. The band started in 2002 and since have released 3 albums and many other singles for different compilations For the latest album (Rude Jazz) the band have received and Golden Angel award, which is czech award for the best album of the year in its genre. In their career they've played with many famous ska bands such as: Mr. Symarip (twice as a backing band!!!), New York Ska-Jazz Ensemble, The Slackers, Mr. T-bone (also twice as a backing band), Yellow Umbrella, Skalariak, Irié Revoltés, Rotterdam Ska Jazz Foundation, Babylon Circus, Doreen Shaffer and Moon Invaders, Los Granadians and many others. Currently the band is getting ready for their visit to studio to record their next and long awaited album.
