I began playing harmonica at 17 when I first heard Paul Butterfield and hugged the speakers. Self taught with lots of stage time over the years I try to personify the soulful tone that defines this humble instrument. I spread myself around musically with many bands and have played NYC stages from The Apollo to The Blue Note o Joe's Pub. Recently I have recorded with Nanette Natal, Nino Torrente,Valerie Ghent, Dave Fields, The Back Alley Players, Alyson Williams, Shinuh Holt,Bridget Barkan and Bone Dog. You can catch me each Tuesday at 8:30 at Ashford & Simpson's Sugar Bar (254 West 72nd St, NYC) as the harp verve behind their "Nuttin but the Blues" show as well as other venues which I keep up to date on my Facebook page! d
