Red Giraffe Solutions helps families to support their children with additional needs develop a plan for the future. The transition from school to greater independence can seem daunting especially without a plan in place. Having a plan helps our children decide on what they want, both now in the present and in the future.
Many of the videos on this channel include ideas we have developed around things like cooking independently and our personal experiences of our daughter getting into paid work.
The aim of this channel is to share knowledge and solutions to ensure every young person has the opportunity to reach whatever level of independence is right for them, so they can live their life with dignity and a sense of self-worth.
