The aim of my channel is to encourage as many folk from all walks of life to get out and explore the beautiful landscapes we have across Scotland. Walking is a cure for ailments like diabetes, obesity as well as mental health issues such as depression and low self asteem. Being amongst nature can benefit the mind, body, and spirit.
Why Fit Tappin' Trails?
In Scotland, the word 'fit' refers to foot or feet and are essentially the parts of the body that carry on your journey into the great outdoors. It is the sound of putting one fit in front of the other that sets a pace which after a few miles dictates the rythm and puts you into the zone where you become more attuned to your senses and surroundings, and your worries drift away.
