Dance Tech with JHsu
As a professional dancer who also is heavily involved in content creation and media, I decided to start this channel to help fellow dancers use technology better to share their stories and reach their goals. I get questions all the time about how to best use social media, what camera equipment is best for dance, how to best use your cell phone, what lighting do I use for my Zoom classes, etc. so I decided to create this channel to help share my knowledge and experiences with a new video every week.
I have a BA in Dance and BS in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland College Park. I currently dance with Orange Grove Dance, previous credits include Rennie Harris Puremovement, PEARSONWIDRIG DANCETHEATER, Project ChArma, and Culture Shock DC both nationally and internationally in Russia, Germany, Cuba, Mexico, and the Kennedy Center.. I've been teaching hip hop in the Maryland since 2010 and combine my experiences in urban dance and modern to create a unique class experience.
