The Source Engine Anomaly Archival Team is a YouTube channel is dedicated to the archival of the Source Engine Anomalies that began appearing following an engine update sometime around August of 2008. There are currently three known types of anomalies, error models will stalk the player throughout all types.

Type 1: Minor -- little to no noticeable anomalies other than the error models.
Type 2: Average -- some noticeable anomalies, such as models appearing or disappearing.
Type 3: Major -- very noticeable and disrupting anomalies, such as map changes or direct interaction with the error models.
