Hello my name is Wayne and I am a Targeted Individual from Melbourne, Australia.
I made this channel out of fear for my life as I am being tortured and slowly killed by my corrupt government, its law enforcement and shady security contractors. This program is all encompassing and destroys every aspect of ones life, mind, body, soul, reputation, finances and support.
There are many Targeted Individuals going through similar torture and harassment world wide and all are struggling to survive. I don't expect you to understand what I am going through, but I do ask you to be respectful. I hope to spread awareness about the Targeted Individual program with hopes of it eventually being shut down.
