Saffie's modelling career was put on hold due to a traffic accident several years ago. During rehabilitation, she started a journey of self-healing that led to her professional yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, and obtaining an advanced fitness trainer license.
Today, she leads a wide variety of health benefit workshops and wellness classes. Her focus is on helping participants build all-round physical, emotional, and spiritual connections to encourage self-awareness and find happiness within oneself.
