Hi, People at my gym call me the Germanator:)
I am 54 years old, a 10th planet JJ black-belt under Eddie Bravo, a stand up black-belt under Viktor Koehl, I have a degree in sports science and in Natural Medicine (chiropractic, Acupuncture, Neuraltherapie,) I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal Trainer, and work recent at Randori-Pro in Berlin as a MMA, BJJ and strength Trainer.
I am a multiple BJJ No-Gi champion ( IBJJ world champion, OTM champion, Grapplers Quest champion)
I created this channel to contribute to the grappling and MMA society and to show people that you can compete and train at a high level, without using any drugs and messing up your body in general!
Train hard and smart, eat healthy, sleep at least 8 hours per night and stay away from drugs.
