Team Acceleracers
Formula One is a sport that makes hearts thump in rhythm with the melodious revving of the high performance, superfast race cars. These circuit-racing cars are examples of exemplary engineering and ingenious technology. Everyone dreams of driving an F1 car but they seldom think of building one themselves.
This passion for motorsports and engineering, combined, is felt by Team Acceleracers, MIT’s official racing team which has participated in the last four editions of SUPRA SAEINDIA. The usual thunderous revving of the car can be heard around campus during their practise sessions. We stand true to our catch phrase ‘Our heart doesn’t beat, it Revs!’
