Hi, this is my channel. I am going thru a complete life change. I am going to be having weight loss surgery, a gastric sleeve. My doctors will be removing 80% of my stomach.

I will be documenting my change in my physical body. I will also be documenting my new relationship with food and how I have to relearn how to eat and think about food.

I will also be talking about and showing my new exercise life. I have to learn to exercise and what works for me and what doesn't.
