Dianne van Giersbergen

𝗫𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗮
Dianne van Giersbergen (1985) is a Dutch dramatic soprano and frontwoman, who is best known as the former lead vocalist of German symphonic metal band Xandria. With whom she toured the world and released 2 albums and 1 EP through Napalm Records.

𝗘𝘅 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗶𝘀
Dianne is also front woman of progressive metal band Ex Libris, which she founded in 2004. Their third album Ann (A Progressive Metal Trilogy) was self-released in 2019.

𝗗𝗜𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗘
On February 14th 2023 Dianne's released the first single "After the Storm" of upcoming solo album "Soulward Bound". The album will be released in a new and unconventional way: spread out over 5 years, with 2 singles each year. Four singles & videos have been released so far, the most recent being "Flameborn" (released October 17th, 2024).

DIANNE's music will be co-written, orchestrated and produced by Joost van den Broek (Powerwolf, Epica, Ayreon, After Forever) and feature many well known guest musicians from the genre.
