Eng/Pl Warsaw Guitar Orchestra was created in 2004 and since then has been led by a musician and guitar teacher Igor Wardak. It is a youth band. Warsaw Guitar Orchestra is the best known guitar orchestra. It's the winner several international guitar competitions. In February 2014, WGO's cover of 'The Call of Ktulu' was included in a Metallica – Tribute CD, which consisted of the best covers of songs from Ride The Lightning and was compiled by the MetalHammer magazine to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the album's release. The orchestra performed hundreds of concerts at many musical events, as well as photographic and painting exhibitions. WGO has participated in many international and Polish festivals, projects and competitions. Articles about WGO appeared on “MetalHammer”, 'TopGuitar' and "Gitarzysta” magazines. The Orchestra's Youtube music videos have reached almost 5 mln numerous audience. The team focuses on showing the range of possibilities of a guitar orchestra.
