I'm a proud Australian currently based in the UAE, an avid gardener, and aspiring "beekeeper." My music loves include Alkaline Trio, Sam Fender, Van Morrison, and The Cure.
I originally dreamed of being a superstar, something like David Copperfield mixed with Robbie Williams and a hint of John Mayer, but I redirected my path to culinary excellence.
