Derek Hooper is an Australian PGA Professional currently working as the Director of Instruction at the Royal Oaks Golf Academy in Houston, Texas, USA. He is recognized by Golf Digest as one of the best Golf Coaches in state.

Derek is recognized for his ability to help players understand their entire golf game, as well as what and how to practice and thus play to their full potential. He does this by building Personal Performance Plans for players of all skill levels and then working with them to implement that plan through range and on course training, leading to the achievement of pre-determined goals.
