For Brian Ligon real estate has always been more than a business, it's a passion.

Born in Mobile, Alabama, yet raised in Mary Esther, Florida, Brian has resided along the Emerald Coast for 25+ years. As the son of a Master Sergeant at Hurlburt Air Force Base, Brian quickly fell passionate for the diversity and strong influence of our heroic brothers and sisters in the armed services.

When not at work, you can find Brian running, fishing, and/or traveling. He also enjoys supporting local charitable entities such as Alaqua Animal Refuge, Emerald Coast United Way, and his home church Emerald Coast Worship Center.

Ever confident, driven, and persistent, Brian always strives to execute the smoothest possible transaction on his client's behalf. Specializing in Destin and Miramar Beaches, Brian has facilitated transactions for vacation homes, investment properties, & first-time home buyers ranging from New Development to Single Family and Condominium re-sales.
