Hi, friends I'm Dana, a 200 RYT. I am passionate about yoga as a holistic life practice that teaches us presence, compassion, and love both on and off our mats. My classes and videos are designed to guide you in the practice of learning about yourself through movement, meditation, breath work and more. You are your own best teacher and my hope is to provide you with tools to explore yourself and this world through a deeper lens. This is yoga for the body, mind, spirit and heart.
