You've probably noticed, since we moved to Florida to care for my parents, in March of 2022, a slowing up of cake content. No worries because I will be keeping this channel open and active and adding more in the future.
From the bottom of my heart I want to say THANK YOU in a big way for your support on my cake channel over the years and an bigger THANK YOU to those who have been paying members. I feel that I should remove the paying membership due to my taking a semi break from posting NEW content. I appreciate you so much for your continued support xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo :-) There will be shorts and an Ocassional NEW video until I once again commit to a weekly schedule. AND that will happen as I always come back to baking. Scott and I are excited to start creating together once things settle down.

Hello and Happy New Year (tomorrow) One day early. I posted a video today in a collaboration with a few YouTube freinds. #newyearsevedesserts2023 Check them out for ideas. Good Morning! Hope all is well with you. I'm sharing some cleaner eating desserts lately. Scott and I are in the lose some weight mode. I don't know about you but we had gained during the covid and beyond and now it has to stop. We have always been thinnish people and always exercising etc. So back to work on that LOL. Full fat cakes and desserts are the best tasting of course for special ocassions but for everyday eating and treats this is a pretty good substitute. I ate yhis for breakfast as its not too sweet. I just postede the video to it. Its a short. Do you like shorts?

Slowly getting some baking mojo back. Been wanting to try this one from Bon Apetit magazine. It's flourless for those who are gluten free. Its loaded with finely chopped pecans and a delicious coffee and cinnamon chocolate ganache! I'm freezing the remaining cake and will use it as one of the desserts for Thanksgiving day. This cake gets better with age ( so they say) but it was soooo good while still a little warm from the oven. Video coming in shorts form probvably tomorrow!
