Hello friends!
I'm Stella Ramirez, and I am a Colombian-American singer-songwriter writing music here in the OC! My songs are dreamy memories of the past, but my sound is a folk revival that looks forward. After taking a long break from writing and performing to raise a son and create a home I am returning to my first love of music making. I am supported by crazy talented musicians and these great guys came on board with my return to playing and recording; they are my 'Stars'. Grateful shout out to Derek Poulsen bass player for the band Kiev (toured with Keane, Foals, Silversun Pickups) who is my producer and lends his artistry on bass, mandolin, drums, guitar, you name it!
