Dr. Kaplan is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in NY, NJ. He did his fellowship training in Microsurgery at NYU Medical Center in NYC. He completed his Plastic Surgery training at UMDNJ (Rutgers). Prior to his training in Plastic & Reconstructive surgery, Dr. Kaplan completed 5 years of General Surgery and was chief resident at Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC.
He received his B.A. in Psychology at the University of California, Berkeley. He received a Masters in Medical Science, with a focus on Behavioral Neurobiology, from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, PA. He received his medical degree from Albany Medical College.
Dr. Kaplan has been the CEO of The Kaplan Center since 2008. He has become a leader in the growing field of Non-Surgical Facial Rejuvenation. He also specializes in Body Contouring, Breast Implants, Eyelid Surgery, Rhinoplasty, Face Lift, Botox and Fillers, Hand & Microsurgery.
Dr. Kaplan is an avid sculptor and artist.
