•what are subliminals?
subliminals are audios that contain hidden affirmations. the audio could be literally anything including music, rain, nature sounds, ASMR, frequencies,etc.
•how do they work ?
your subconscious mind can hear the affirmations, changing the way you think making manifesting much easier. to explain it more simply, when we see people use the LOA (Law of Attraction/Assumption), which is manifesting, they often say affirmations out loud to themselves, right? so Instead, subliminals do it for you!
