Michael James Shannon is a music producer, songwriter, and publisher from Texas who began his professional music career in Lubbock Texas opening for several national acts. He migrated to the Tempe/Phoenix music scene and was a founding member of several regionally successful acts including Ransom, Modernlore, and Tripping With Grace throughout the 90's and into the new millennium - sharing the stage with dozens of nationally renowned artists. He is now a music producer and publisher through his company Kiro Publishing (BMI).
