Dismounted is a progressive metal band based in Bulgaria, formed in 2018. The band has evolved into a dynamic duo, consisting of Ivelin Zhelev (vocals) and Philip Manukian (guitars, synths) since 2023. Known for their intricate compositions and atmospheric soundscapes, Dismounted blends technical mastery with emotional depth, delivering a unique experience within the metal genre.
In late 2024, Dismounted will release their latest musical project, "As the Stories Were Told", a two-part composition that showcases the band’s artistic versatility. The project features a collaboration with the renowned Petrova Dance Company. This innovative fusion of metal and balley highlights the band’s dedication to pushing creative boundaries.
