girellando
Girellando is an Italian word that means: “to walk without an established direction or purpose”. This channel is a music trip around the world, a collection of traditional music I recollected on the way.
Listening to trad music is listening to a plural voice, the singularity here get lost into the “tribe”. Who really express himself in these tunes is not a person but a whole land, its people, its landscape, its history.
The purpose of this channel is bring you the voice of places, the flavour of a lands turned into music. It is a sort of sedentary trip, because here we do not need to walk but just close our eyes and listen to. The music will lead us to unknown lands.
This channel is part of www.espacionarrativo.com, a literary project (in Spanish) which include traditional storytelling and folclore.
