Lei Garden was established in 1973 and is a seafood expert with 50 years of experience, as well as an award-winning restaurant group. It has accumulated a total of 98 Michelin stars in the Asia-Pacific region and currently there are total 23 branches across Hong Kong, Macau, China, and Singapore.

The group's motto is “To serve our patrons the most exquisite world class cuisine and to champion our goal of bringing the most benefit to others and eventually benefitting ourselves”. Its goal is to provide safe, healthy, and delicious food for benefitting whole human mankind.
