I make enhanced versions of kpop MVs, I mostly use 4 tools
+ ffmpeg: For the video conversion, and other related stuff
+ Flowframes: For doing frame interpolation (making the video 60fps), I've been using it instead of ffmpeg since my f(x) - Electric Shock video
+ Video Enhance AI by Topaz Labs: To upscale them into 4k
+ MediaInfo: To check on the video properties, such as framerate, audio and video codecs, etc

Q: Where do I get the MVs from?
Unfortunately registrations to 4sashi (website) are closed as of now, apparently an invite system will be set up instead
A: I get them mostly from 4sashi, a website mainly focused on ggs and female soloists MVs/performances, but they also have some of 2nd gen bgs too, when I can't find the MV there I download it from Youtube
